FIRST THINGS FIRST!!!! You need to download your annual report form, fill it out, and scan it into your computer. E-Filing is NOT something you will be able to do on your phone. You MIGHT be able to do it on a tablet, but most likely you are going to need a computer. I have made a video of E-Filing, take a look. There is also a "Step-By-Step" instructions page which lays everything out for you, one step at a time.
